The Research and Intelligence Unit is central to Synerjies' thought leadership and knowledge generation. It specializes in producing a range of knowledge products like reports, white papers, indices, dashboards, and trackers that support decision-making and market engagement for clients. The Research and Intelligence Unit is also in charge of research-centric projects within Synerjies such as benchmarking studies, impact evaluations, sectoral assessments, market studies, meta-analysis studies, and others. It applies both primary and secondary research methodologies and complements the work of all other units at Synerjies. The unit's value proposition lies in its deep understanding of the MEA region, high-tech analytical capabilities, and ability to provide timely and usable intelligence.

S.A.V.E. is dedicated to capacity building and professional development, offering tailored training and educational programs. This unit leverages a multidisciplinary approach and focuses on experiential learning to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application. It targets a diverse audience, from high-level government officials to private sector employees and fresh graduates, with the aim of enhancing skills and knowledge across various domains including sustainable development, economic diplomacy, and digital transformation.

Going beyond the traditional advisory role, the Programme Unit completes the full cycle of Synerjies’ policy support package. Our goal is to support partners as a one-stop-shop that goes beyond actionable recommendations towards enabling and managing their execution, operation, and sustainability. The objective is to bridge the gap between the policy “decision” and the policy “action”, by optimizing program design, implementation, and continuous improvement. The unit provides policy management support across all stages of implementation, including the exploration phase, the preparatory phase which includes program design, strategic planning, competency & institutional frameworks, etc., the testing phase, the execution phase (e.g. project management, change and transformation management, campaign management, stakeholders management, crisis management) and (5) the evaluation and optimisation phase.
