An educator at heart, Hend holds a master’s degree in Education, Public Policy, and Equity from the University of Glasgow in the UK and a Certificate of Professional Certified Trainer (PCT) from the American University in Cairo. She has extensive experience with multiple high-profile posts, publicly and privately, including being Head of Educational Excellence at Noon Academy. Prior to that, Hend was the appointed advisor of national projects and teachers’ affairs to the Minister of Education and Technical Education. She also held the position of Head of Business Development of the Innovation Hub at the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development. Being a purpose driven human being, Hend tackles business matters, professional discussions, and challenging topics from a human capital lens and capabilities’ development perspective with keenness to unveil the psychological effect on human behavior.
