Hassan Tamer is a Public Policy Consultant with 6 years of experience in the field of public policy. Since Hassan Joined Synerjies, he has worked closely with regional governments, international organizations, and private sector companies on several research, analytical, M&E, and consulting projects. Hassan graduated from Cairo University with a degree in political science and a minor degree in economics. Aside from his studies, Hassan has a huge interest in open–source investigations, AI applications, and geopolitics. His academic and professional experiences have equipped Hassan with a deep understanding of the socio–economic and political landscape in Egypt and the region.
Hassan commenced his professional journey as a communication and partnerships officer at the Egyptian Ministry of Planning and Economic Development where he worked directly with the minister’s office on improving the Ministry’s cooperation portfolio on the international, regional, and national levels. As well as working on the implementation of several programs, projects, events, and policies.
Hassan later moved to Synerjies where he collaborated with diverse stakeholders, facilitating
dialogue between government officials, private sector representatives, and civil society organizations. As a Public Policy Consultant, Hassan has worked on different projects that intersect with different topics that range from migration, employment, and information technology to government policies, geopolitics and the international economy.
