Hadeer is working as a Consultant at Synerjies Center for International and Strategic Studies where she is managing one of the key projects implemented by Synerjies. She comes with wide experience in managing complex and large-scale higher education projects as well as youth capacity-building programs. In her previous work experience as a Senior Program Officer at Sawiris Foundation, she also had the opportunity to work on projects in the fields of Early Childhood Education and Basic Education. Her job enabled her to work with a diverse range of key stakeholders including government ministries, international and local donors, education institutions, universities, private sector, as well as NGOs.

Prior to working with Sawiris Foundation, Hadeer was a project coordinator at the Youth and Development Consultancy Institute (Etijah). In her job, she was one of the core team who was managing the implementation activities of the USAID-Higher Education Initiative Scholarship.

Hadeer is passionate about the impact of scholarships on the Egyptian community aiming at building the capabilities of Egyptian students and professionals. She has a proven track record of contributing to the launching of new scholarship programs from the inception to the closure phase. In addition, she has a personal and professional passion about the inclusion of the persons with disabilities in education.

Hadeer holds a master’s degree in International and Comparative Education majoring International Education Development and Policy from the American University in Cairo. She was also awarded the USAID LEAD scholarship to pursue her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the American University in Cairo.
