Hadeer is a conflict resolution and co-existence professional with a wid experience in international development with a focus on things relating to migration &gender studies, social impact, and growth partnerships. Hadeer holds a dual MA from Brandeis University and Harvard University and a bachelor’s in Sinology from Ain Shams University. She has been awarded the 2021 Karpf and Hahn Peace Award to complete the project on Anti Trafficking Practices on Kenyan Somali Borders, and credited as an Auditor for the Egyptian Gender Equity Seal (EGES) from the National Council of Women, USAID &Pathfinder.
